2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

• Products marked “non-returnable” at checkout.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

2. Evidence Required: Send clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to support@asianpharma.shop.

3. Resolution: We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, at no extra charge.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Request a Return:
   Email support@asianpharma.shop with your order details and reason for return.

2. Get Authorization:
   Await our return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Send the Item:

   • Package the return securely with all original contents.

   • Ship via a trackable courier; customers are responsible for return shipping unless it is our error.

5. Refund Process

• After we safely receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return stems from an error on our part.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are offered only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

• For approved returns/exchanges, we will deliver the replacement product within 7 business days

• For all other situations, please follow the standard return and refund process.
